Credentials

The owner of East Coast Piano, Brian Grindrod, has many years of training and hands-on experience in piano restoration. Here are some of his qualifications:

• Certificate of study, North Bennett Street School, Boston; department of Piano Technology ('82-'83)
• Four years experience, factory supervisor and manager of action department, Falcone Piano Co., manufacturers, Haverhill, MA
• Seven years additional experience, manager of rebuilding Department for leading Boston area retail piano dealer.
• Member of Boston Chapter Piano Technicians' Guild.
• Proprietor, East Coast Piano Rebuilding, Chester NH, a firm specializing in high quality restorations of fine American and European pianos since 1994.
